1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you sign up, create an account, or submit prompts and media for analysis. this includes your name, email address, profile photo (via google oauth), and the content you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the service. this includes generating script recreations, storing your chat history, syncing subscriptions via stripe, personalization settings, and protecting our service against abuse.

3. Payment Processing

Payment details (credit card information, billing addresses) are processed directly by stripe and are never stored on our servers. stripe securely transmits event updates (e.g. checkout success, subscription cancellations) to our webhook endpoints to sync your premium account features.

4. Data Sharing And Ai Models

We do not sell your personal data. we securely transmit text inputs and media metadata to select ai model providers (such as google gemini or open-source inference backends) exclusively to generate analyses. these models do not use your inputs for training unless you explicitly enable the "improve model" toggle in your account settings.

5. Security

We implement standard security controls (encryption in transit and at rest, access tokens, row-level security on supabase) to safeguard your data. however, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. Cookies And Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. we may also use analytics and marketing pixels (including google tag manager, facebook pixels, and affiliate-link trackers) that collect usage data. you can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may limit parts of the service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion to comply with legal or accounting obligations. content you delete, or draft content you remove, is removed from our storage; copies may remain in backups for a limited period. you may request the full deletion of your data at any time.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on infrastructure we operate and that of our service providers (including supabase and cloudflare), which may be located in countries other than your own. by using the service, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in those locations.

9. Your Rights And Choices

You may view, edit, or request deletion of your account data directly from the settings dialog. you can also delete individual chat histories or unlink connected social media profiles at any time.

If you are in the eu/eea or the uk, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing, under the gdpr. if you are in california, the ccpa/cpra gives you rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. to exercise any of these rights, contact hello@usecocreator.com; we respond within 30 days.
