1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using cocreator (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. if you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description Of Service
Cocreator provides ai-driven video analysis, script recreation, workspace tracking, and custom automation tools to assist content creators. we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. Accounts And Subscriptions
To access certain features, you must register for an account using google authentication. you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month via stripe. all fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Ai Content Generation
You retain ownership of any prompts, inputs, or source materials you submit to the service. the service utilizes advanced ai models to generate suggestions, scripts, and analyses. you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any ai-generated content before publication.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. you may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the operation of the service.
6. Refunds And Cancellations
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. you may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. because the service generates content immediately on use, fees for periods already used are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the service fails materially. refund requests may be sent to hello@usecocreator.com and are reviewed within 14 days.
7. Intellectual Property And Your Content
Cocreator and its licensors own the service, the software, and all cocreator branding. you retain full ownership of the content you create with the service. by using the service, you grant cocreator a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service. content generated by ai models may be similar to content generated for other users; you are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it anywhere.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, use the service in a way that harms other users or the service, or if required by law. where your account is terminated for breach, no refunds are due for remaining prepaid periods. sections that by nature survive termination (including liability, intellectual property, and governing law) continue to apply.
9. Disclaimer Of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ai-generated content will be accurate, original, or free of errors. generated content is provided for inspiration and editing, and you are solely responsible for verifying it before use.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cocreator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
11. Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cocreator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. any dispute arising out of these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction. you agree to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Changes To Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. we will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
